Hightouch, a data activation solution provider, recently announced that Databricks Ventures was involved in its recent $38 million fundraising round. The investment expands on the partnership between Hightouch and Databricks to help companies convert their data into action. Additionally, the collaboration between the two companies to create 360-degree customer profiles with the Databricks Lakehouse solution and use Hightouch’s no-code feature suite to activate the customer data, behavioral events, and machine learning models within those profiles.
Gong, a revenue intelligence solution provider, has launched Call Spotlight, a new generative AI solution designed to provide revenue teams with relevant, secure, and accurate summaries of customer interactions. The new tool uses a generative AI information querying capability that generates optimized responses to customer inquiries based on pre-set prompts or free-form questions. This helps sales and revenue teams better understand deal health, helps them identify emerging trends, and supports more informed decision-making.
GoTo—a communication software and remote IT support solution provider—has launched AI Chat Analysis, a new feature for the company’s contact center solution offering. AI Chat Analysis is an AI-powered chat summary and sentiment analysis feature that expands the data-driven insights customer service supervisors and analysts can use when assessing customer interactions. The tool provides a positive, negative, or neutral sentiment analysis score after every customer conversation, providing teams with the insights they need to identify areas for improvement.
SOCi, a marketing cloud solution provider for multi-location enterprises, has announced Genius Social | Engagements. This new tool uses AI technology to generate personalized, on-brand responses to multiple engagement types across social networks. The latest offering is an extension of SOCi Social and enables users to create replies quickly, edit the AI-generated text to ensure authenticity, safeguard the generated responses to avoid mistakes, and compile a brand’s identity and messaging data in a central location. Genius Social | Engagements will launch in Q4 2023, but businesses can join the Beta Waitlist now.
Typeface, an enterprise-grade generative AI platform, has announced the GenAI Marketing Solution, an integrated offering with GrowthLoop, a marketing technology company, and Google Cloud’s BigQuery and GenAI Foundation Models. The new tool combines generative AI into a single workflow that defines audience segments and uses them to create custom content that can be distributed across marketing channels. This enables marketers to accelerate marketing campaign launches, maintain consistent brand messaging on multiple platforms, streamline cross-channel content creation, and improve efficiency.
UserTesting—an experience research and insights provider—has announced the availability of UserTesting AI, a new suite of AI-powered capabilities that can help users identify customer insights, act on opportunities, and improve how products and experiences are developed. The company also launched the AI Insight Summary feature, which uses GPT technology to synthesize verbal and behavioral data from multiple video sources and generate content summaries.
